Every great film begins with a story. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to transform their creative ideas into compelling visual narratives by combining traditional storytelling principles with emerging AI-powered production tools.
Starting with hand-drawn characters and environments, participants will develop the building blocks of a short story and explore how AI image-generation tools can be used to bring their concepts to life. Through guided exercises, participants will create a sequence of visual scenes and assemble them into a storyboard for a 30-second narrative, learning how artists and filmmakers plan stories before they reach the screen.
The creative journey culminates in AI-assisted video generation, where participants will experience an exciting glimpse into the future of content creation. By transforming storyboard frames into moving visuals, participants will explore an emerging production pipeline that bridges concept development, visual design, and motion storytelling.
Throughout the workshop, the focus remains on creative authorship and artistic intent. Participants will discover how AI can serve as a powerful creative collaborator — helping to realize and enhance a creator’s vision while keeping human imagination and storytelling at the heart of the process.

Basic drawing paper and pencil. All IT devices and required software will be provided.
